We have put together a list of everything you will need to launch your website quickly so you can get back to focusin gon what you do best. If at any point you find yourself in need of help, please contact our support team for hands-on aid.

Setup checklist

• Own Your Website's Domain
  If you do not own a domain, we often reccomend GoDaddy or another well-established domain registrar. We are not partnered with GoDaddy in any way, we simply are fans of their services and they have a great track record with us. We also recommend using a .com domain, but any type will work. Here is a guide for registering a domain: View Guide
  
  If you already have a domain with another registrar, no problem! We will work with them to ensure your website launch goes as smoothly as possible.



• Have a Company Logo
  If you do not have a company logo, there are many avenues for obtaining one. Some of our favorites are Fiverr and 99 Designs.
  Any logo will work, but we recommend having a few different formats to ensure your logo works best in any position. Make sure to obtain your logo with a light background as well as a dark background. Here are examples of this:
  



• Know your Company's Hexadecimal Color Codes
  To apply your comopany's colors to the website, you will need to know your Hexidecimal color codes. Don't worry, this is just a 6 digit code that represents your exact color(s). Typically when you get your logo, you will also receive your color codes. However, if you don't know them - here is a great tool for obtaining your codes. https://imagecolorpicker.com/ Simply upload your logo, hover of your colors, and write down or copy the HEX code. You can also convert RGB codes to Hex codes with this tool as well.
  
  For our Hybrid template, it's best to pick ONE prominent color to use to represent your business.



• Have Your Terms/Conditions and Privacy Policy Documents Ready (PDF Recomended)
  This is important. For liability purposes, SalesDip does not provide these documents for your company. You will need to go about obtaining these documents yourself. Once you do obtain these docuemnts, preferrably in PDF format, we can host the documents for you as well as link them to your website! We can also create web pages for your documents if PDF files do not suffice.



• Create Your Written Content
  To add your company's content to the website, simply complete the Website Content Survey. This survey allows you to simply input your content directly into the form, and our system will automatically add it to your website. No website knowledge necessary! However - for those experienced in HTML,CSS and JS, you will find our system allows for total unrestricted creative freedom!
  
  Important Note: There are size contraints to how much content you can have. For example, the "About Us" paragraph is 5 sentences, so you would not want to write 12 sentences worth of content for your "About Us" paragraph.
