  • Workflows - CRM activities created are logged by the workflow that created them, then when all are done can activate another workflow
  • Calculate overall percentage close rate for each salesperson with opportunities, and show forecasted opportunity based on salesperson and performance
  • Dashboard - widget for past 5 email broadcasts, tickets opened per day by category
